The central Japan Railway (JR Donghai, Jr central, CJR) is the central railway of Japan. It was established in April 1987 when the national railway was separated and privatized. It is mainly responsible for the national railway route in central Japan and the main artery of the Japanese railway, the Tokaido Shinkansen. The enterprise representative is orange.
