The R é seaux IP Europ é ENS Network Coordination Centre (RIP NCC) is an independent non-profit membership organization in the Netherlands. It was established in 1989 and headquartered in Amsterdam to provide technical coordination for Internet infrastructure in the service area. Members of rip NCC include Internet service providers (ISP), telecommunications organizations, and large companies in Europe, the Middle East and Central Asia.
