Denver Art Museum

Denver Art Museum

The Denver Museum of art was founded in the 1890s. It was initially called the Denver artists club, but it did not open its own gallery until 1949. The museum joined the children's center in the 1950s and the North Building in 1971. Another feature worth mentioning is that the original China Pavilion in Denver Art Museum also has a large collection and high artistic taste. Among them are pottery of the Han Dynasty, tricolor ceramics of the Tang Dynasty, dress jade of the Qing Dynasty, and authentic paintings by artists such as Qi Baishi, Zhang Daqian and Cheng Shifa.
