The German Federal Supreme Court (bundesgerichthof, bGH, English: Federal Court of justice of Germany) is one of the five federal courts of final appeal in Germany. It is the court of final appeal for civil and criminal cases. It was established in 1950 and is located in Karlsruhe and Leipzig.
