TU Delft library is the most famous library in the Netherlands. It was founded in 1997 and has its own museum, with a collection of 862000 books and 16000 periodicals and magazines. The building of the library is quite interesting. The main body of the building is hidden under the ground, and the roof of the pipe body is a small hillside covered with green grass.
