Moss Burger (English: MOS Burger; Japanese: モスバガー) is a famous fast food chain restaurant in Japan. It was founded by Sakurada Hui. It combines the concept of traditional Japanese rice ball food and Western hamburger, and uses the crust pressed from white rice to replace bread to make hamburgers. Most of its fillings use traditional Japanese dishes, such as Japanese roast meat, fried burdock, etc.
