The Asian Badminton Federation (hereinafter referred to as Asian Badminton Federation, Asian Badminton Federation) is the management organization of Asian badminton, which is subordinate to the Badminton World Federation (BWF), founded in 1959 and headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, aims to promote the level of badminton in Asia. The main competitions of the Asian Badminton Federation include the Asian Badminton Championship and the Asian badminton invitational tournament. In 1974, China Badminton Association joined the Asian Badminton Federation.
