Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Arts Institute, the world's first professional training school for Western food and pastry, was founded in 1895 and located in Paris. Its main majors include cooking, dessert and wine. It has two departments of leisure business management and cooking. Most of its teachers are winners of the blue ribbon medal, the highest Honor Award for Western food and pastry.
