"Top 100 Chinese restaurants awards" was originally an annual Chinese food industry award event sponsored by Chinese food communication magazine. Later, it was hosted by the Chinese restaurant foundation in 2012. It mainly selected the most outstanding Chinese restaurants in North America and commended outstanding people in the catering industry. The Chinese restaurant development fund is a Funded by Chinese food news, and jointly sponsored by famous chef Zhen Wenda, famous host Lin Huiyi and more than a dozen influential American Chinese food owners, it is a non-profit organization to promote Chinese food culture and industry development. On January 6, 2014, the 10th "top 100 Chinese food" will be held in Newark, California.
