Kirin Beer (San Miguel Brewery) is a beer company under Shengli group of Philippines, and owns Hongkong San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Ltd. Shengli beer is sold to more than 70 countries and regions in Hongkong, Chinese mainland, Vietnam, Indonesia and so on. It is one of the most famous beer brands in Asia. In 2009, Qilin beer purchased 43.25% of Shengli beer company stock from Shengli group.
