International Institute of housing and urban development (IHS) is an excellent international center of the school of economics and social sciences of the University of Rotterdam in the Netherlands. It was established in 1958. It mainly provides comprehensive services in graduate education, training, consulting and applied research, including master's degree, doctoral degree, short-term training courses and learning programs for senior managers.
