Edmonton oilers is a team of the Pacific Division of the Western League of the National Hockey League (NHL). It was founded in 1972 and is now located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. It is home to Rexall place. The team has won the Stanley Cup five times and created the oilman Dynasty, one of the three dynasties of the four major professional sports leagues in North America.
