Galaxy Zoo is a volunteer science program carried out by research institutions such as Oxford University, Portsmouth University and Johns Hopkins University and invited public assistance. The purpose is to classify more than 1 million galaxies. The Chinese version of Galaxy Zoo was launched in 2013.
