The conference on interaction and confidence building measures in Asia (CICA, CICA) is a forum with the participation of many Asian countries. It was initiated by Kazakhstan in 1992 and officially established in 1999. The Secretariat is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan. At present, it has 26 member states (as of August 2015).
