Wasa University of Technology Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu, also known as vasa University of Applied Sciences, is the top public higher technical college in Finland. It is an international, multidisciplinary and research university. Its predecessor is vasa practical technical school established in 1849. It has three colleges: College of business economy and tourism, College of health care and social services and College of technology and communication. The teaching language is Finnish Swedish, English.
