Sega is a Japanese video game company, founded in 1954 and headquartered in Tokyo. It is now a subsidiary of Sega Sammy group. Sega's business used to include the production of game console hardware and the development of corresponding game software. Sega has quit its home game console hardware business since 2001 and has now transformed into a game software developer.
