The Communist Party of Iran was founded in 1983 in Kurdistan, Iran. Its predecessor was the "Justice Party" established by Iranian Revolutionary workers in Baku in 1916. The organization is committed to striving for freedom, political rights, social rights, women's rights, labor law and workers' rights in Iran.
