Mitsui fudosan Co., Ltd., a famous luxury real estate developer in Japan, originated from the yuehouwu clothing store opened by Mitsui Gaoyi, the founder of Mitsui family, in Japan Bridge in 1673. The real estate department was founded in 1914. Mitsui fudosan Co., Ltd. became an independent entity in 1941. Mitsui Real Estate Co., Ltd. was officially established and wholly owned by Mitsui family.
