Space Telescope Science Institute (STScI) is a scientific research institution in the United States. It was established in 1981 and located at Johns Hopkins University. It is managed and operated by the University astronomical research association entrusted by NASA. It mainly implements the management and research of Hubble Space Telescope and James Webb Space Telescope.
