The General Insurance Association of Singapore (GIA) is the business representative of all general insurance companies in Singapore. It was established in 1965 to provide more efficient and reliable contact channels among consumers, agents and insurance companies and provide more comprehensive insurance coverage for consumers. At present, the association has 35 member companies.
