Philippine Bank of Communications (pbcom) is one of the largest commercial banks in the Philippines and the earliest non-U.S. foreign bank. It was established in 1939 and controlled by China at that time. Its office building is the world-famous pbcom tower, the second tallest building in the Philippines.
