British Labour Party

The British Labour Party is a left-wing political party of the British bourgeoisie and one of the two major political parties in Britain (the other is the Conservative Party). It was established on February 27, 1900, initially known as the labor Representative Committee; in 1906, it was renamed the labour party. The Labour Party is jointly composed of trade unions, cooperative organizations and socialist groups and has been in power since 1997.
