KK American doughnut (Krispy Kreme doughnuts) is the second largest doughnut chain in the United States. It was founded in Winston Sharon, North Carolina in 1937. Headquartered in New York, it is subordinate to Krispy Kreme doughnuts, Inc., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
