Myanmar Airlines is an airline under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of transport of Myanmar. It was established in 1948 and headquartered in Yangon. Its predecessor was Myanmar union airlines. It was renamed Myanmar airlines in 1972. Its main base is Yangon International Airport.
