National Scientific Research Council (United States National Research Council) is an organization that realizes the research objectives proposed by the National Academy of Sciences and the Academy of engineering through various meetings, conducting research, collecting and verifying scientific and technological data and materials, and managing research program funds and scholarships provided by the government and private individuals.
