American Broadcasting Company (ABC) is one of the three traditional broadcasting companies in the United States (the other two are NBC and CBS) were founded in 1943, headquartered in Manhattan, New York City, and its largest shareholder is Walt Disney Company. ABC program production headquarters, Disney headquarters and their studios are connected by a pedestrian overpass, both located in Burbank city near Los Angeles, California.
