The Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) is a federal agency responsible for providing weather, climate, hydrology and other services in Australia. It was established on January 1, 1908 and headquartered in Melbourne. The Australian Meteorological Bureau has a National Climate Center, a training center of the Meteorological Bureau and a research center of the Meteorological Bureau.
