Computational biology research center is a website mainly engaged in the research and development of basic component technology of bioinformatics in Japan. It was reorganized in April 2007. Computational biology research center focuses on achieving seamless integration of information infrastructure and corresponding external resources, including internal development and maintenance of application software and database. The research center is the core facility for bioinformatics research and human resources development in Japan.
