The diplomat is an online foreign-related current affairs magazine in Japan. It was founded by David Llewellyn Smith and others in 2001 and its first issue was published in April 2002. The magazine mainly reports news and information on politics, culture and society in the Asia Pacific region, mainly by China power, the naval diplomacy and India for ten years (Indian decade) and other eight blogs form the content of the manuscript.
