Founded in 1977, Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) is the best Agricultural University in Sweden and even northern Europe, with 290 teachers (including more than 140 professors) and nearly 2700 students. The library has more than 80000 books and more than 700 kinds of periodicals. There are three colleges: Agricultural College, Forestry College and veterinary college. The university studies biological and natural resources - all things that have life and can grow. The Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences studies, teaches and makes people understand that our forests, environment, soil and animals are used in different ways Such resources not only bring us development opportunities, but also may put us in a dangerous situation.
