Cruz Azul f ú tbol Club (A.C.) is a professional football club in Mexico. It was founded in 1927 and its main venue is Estadio Azul in Mexico City. The Blue Cross club has won the first league championship eight times in history and is the first team in Mexico to reach the finals of the South American liberator cup.
