French National School of administration

French National School of administration (ENA for short) is an elite college for training senior civil servants. Founded in 1945, it aims to train French senior civil servants, lead research in management science and improve international appeal. The college has more than 1100 lecturers and less than 100 graduates every year. The courses provided by the French National School of administration include three compulsory modules and one elective module 。 Compulsory sections include: European Section; Local administration; Public management. The elective section is taught in the form of a seminar with 5 to 6 students, working together for 3 months to realize the self-management of the team.
