The World Customs Organization (WCO) is a global customs organization and a worldwide intergovernmental coordination organization established to unify tariffs and simplify customs procedures. Its predecessor is the Customs Cooperation Council (Customs Cooperation Council; CCC for short), later renamed in 2000, is headquartered in Brussels, the capital of Belgium.
