The first Institute of Technology (ITP; Institut Teknologi pertama), a famous Malaysian school of science and business, is a private college. It was founded in 1986 and is located in SenMei Lanzhou. It has obtained the certification of the Ministry of education of China. It has close cooperation with foreign universities and provides the Higher National Diploma Course (HND) of the British business and Technical Education Commission (BTEC).
