Organization for economic cooperation and development Organization for Economic Co-operation and development (OECD) is an intergovernmental international economic organization composed of market economy countries. It was established on September 30, 1961, headquartered in Paris and currently has 34 member states. OECD aims to jointly meet the economic, social and government governance challenges brought by globalization and grasp the challenges brought by globalization opportunity.
