Lang fr|mus é e Horta, a world-famous new art building, is located in St. Jill, southwest of Brussels, Belgium. It is designed and built by Victor Horta, a pioneer architect of the Art Nouveau movement. In 2000, UNESCO listed the OTA Museum on the world cultural heritage list.
